   If it helps, we agree how to keep working together, including ongoing support, new solutions and the fees for them.

   Workflow review and custom automation

   We sit with your team, map how work moves through the practice, and automate the tasks that repeat, built around your own standards.

   Drawing production automation

   AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino

   AI-assisted automation for repetitive drawing tasks: sheet and view setup, tagging and annotation, schedules, batch plotting and export, and checks against your office standards.

   Your team stays in control and reviews every output.

   Your practice’s own AI

   A private assistant set up on your office standards, design principles and past projects. Anyone in the team can ask How did we detail this before? or What did we use on project X? and get an answer linked to the source file.

   Hong Kong building regulations AI

   Ask questions about the Buildings Ordinance, its regulations, practice notes (PNAPs) and codes of practice. Every answer quotes the clause it relies on and links to the source.

   It supports the Authorized Person’s judgement. It does not replace it.

Each solution is built on our reusable base and adapted to your practice. When we build a tool that can serve every practice, such as the regulations AI, the practices we work with can use it too.

We don’t provide drafting or BIM modelling services, rendering, software reselling or statutory sign-off.
